Legal Framework for Medical Newsletter Service — Daily Stat Review Operated by Shukie LLC, a Florida limited liability company Covering: (1) the free Daily Stat Review email newsletter, and (2) any current or future paid subscription, application, or premium tier offered under the Daily Stat Review brand

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Last Updated: July 22, 2026

This Returns and Refunds Policy is issued by Shukie LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs both (a) the free Daily Stat Review email newsletter (the "Newsletter") and (b) any paid mobile application, web application, premium subscription tier, or other paid feature offered under the Daily Stat Review brand, now or in the future (collectively, "Paid Services"). The Newsletter and the Paid Services are together referred to as the "Service."

PART A — THE FREE NEWSLETTER

1. No Purchase, No Refund Necessary

The Newsletter is provided entirely free of charge. Because no payment is ever collected for the Newsletter, no refund, return, or reimbursement of any kind applies to it. Subscribing to, reading, or unsubscribing from the Newsletter never creates a financial obligation on your part, and this Returns and Refunds Policy's substantive refund provisions (Part B, below) do not apply to the Newsletter.

2. Unsubscribing

You may stop receiving the Newsletter at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any Newsletter email. No request, justification, or contact with us is required.

PART B — PAID SERVICES (APPLICATION AND SUBSCRIPTION OFFERINGS)

3. General Refund Policy

All purchases of Paid Services are final, except as expressly stated in this Part B or as required by applicable law. Paid Services consist of digital content and access delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in a physical sense. Accordingly, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods, including where you cancel mid-billing-cycle;
  • Failure to use the Paid Service, in whole or in part, during a period for which you were charged;
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, difficulty level, format, frequency, or accuracy of questions or other material;
  • A change of mind after purchase;
  • Any period during which your access was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Renewal charges properly processed in accordance with Part C of this policy, where you did not cancel before the applicable renewal date.

4. Limited Exceptions

We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit where:

  • You were charged as the result of a verified technical or billing error on our part;
  • You were charged after a cancellation was properly submitted and confirmed prior to the applicable renewal date, in accordance with Part C;
  • Applicable law in your jurisdiction affirmatively requires a refund under specific circumstances, including certain state laws governing automatically renewing subscriptions.

Any refund granted under this section is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected billing period, and will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

5. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

If a Paid Service is purchased through a third-party platform — including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any similar platform — that platform's refund policies and procedures govern, not this policy, and any refund is subject to that platform's sole discretion and process. We have no technical ability to directly issue refunds for platform-billed purchases. To request a refund for a platform-billed purchase, you must contact that platform directly (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple App Store purchases).

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a credit card chargeback or other payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith to attempt resolution may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Paid Service, in addition to any other remedy available to us, including recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees.

7. How to Request a Refund

Where a refund may be available under Section 4, submit a request to admin@medboarddaily.com, including your account email address and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 14 business days of receipt.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time, including to reflect new Paid Services as they launch. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, communicated to affected subscribers by email in advance of taking effect.

PURCHASE OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Last Updated: July 22, 2026

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy is issued by Shukie LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs both the free Newsletter and any Paid Services offered under the Daily Stat Review brand.

PART A — THE FREE NEWSLETTER

1. No Purchase Required

The Newsletter requires no purchase, payment method, or ongoing commitment of any kind. There is nothing to "cancel" in a billing sense — subscribing and unsubscribing are both free and instantaneous.

2. How to Stop Receiving the Newsletter

Click the unsubscribe link included in every Newsletter email. Your removal from the mailing list takes effect promptly. You may resubscribe at any time at no cost.

PART B — PAID SERVICES: PURCHASE OPTIONS

3. Available Purchase Structures

We may offer Paid Services on one or more of the following bases, as disclosed to you at the point of purchase:

  • Recurring subscription, billed on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis, which automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel;
  • One-time purchase for a defined period, feature set, or content package, which does not renew automatically;
  • Free trial, which automatically converts into a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand, as described in Section 4 below.

The specific price, billing frequency, currency, and included features for any Paid Service will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a purchase. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, re-price, or discontinue any Paid Service, tier, or feature at any time; however, no such change will retroactively alter the price for a billing period you have already paid for in full.

4. Automatic Renewal — Detailed Terms

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) unless properly cancelled before the renewal date, as described in Section 6.

a. Authorization to charge. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you expressly authorize us — or the applicable third-party platform processing your payment, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — to automatically charge your payment method on file for each successive renewal period, at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel in accordance with this policy.

b. Free trial conversion. If you begin a free trial, you will be charged the then-current subscription price for the applicable plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We are not obligated to send a reminder before a trial converts to a paid subscription, though we may choose to do so as a courtesy. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

c. Renewal timing. Your subscription will renew on the same calendar date each billing period as your original purchase date (or the nearest equivalent date where a month does not contain that date, e.g., renewals on the 31st in a 30-day month will process on the last day of that month).

d. Price changes. We may increase or otherwise change subscription pricing on a prospective basis. Where required by applicable law, we will provide you with advance notice (generally at least 30 days) of any price increase before it takes effect on your next renewal, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies to you.

e. Failed renewal payments. If a renewal payment fails, we (or the applicable platform) may retry the charge one or more times and/or temporarily suspend your access to the Paid Service until payment is successfully processed. If payment cannot be successfully processed within a reasonable period, your subscription may be cancelled and your access terminated.

5. Multiple Products or Tiers

If we offer multiple subscription tiers, add-ons, or bundled products (for example, a base subscription plus an optional premium feature), each may have its own price, billing cycle, and renewal terms, which will be disclosed separately at the point of purchase. Cancelling one component does not automatically cancel any other component unless expressly stated.

6. How to Cancel a Paid Service

If purchased directly through us (for example, via our website): Cancel at any time through our Contact page, providing your account email address and "Cancel Subscription," or through any self-service account management tool we make available.

If purchased through a third-party platform (including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store): You must cancel through that platform's own subscription management tools:

  • Apple App Store: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel
  • Google Play Store: Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel

We cannot process or override cancellations for platform-billed subscriptions on your behalf, and contacting us directly does not cancel a subscription billed through a third-party platform. You are responsible for cancelling through the correct channel based on where you originally subscribed.

7. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel a recurring subscription:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period; you retain access to the Paid Service through that date.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent renewal period.
  • No partial or prorated refund is issued for the remaining days of the then-current billing period, except as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • We may retain your account data for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Paid Service at any time, with or without notice and without refund of any unused portion, if we reasonably determine that you have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, shared account access in violation of our Terms, or initiated an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute.

9. No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes

Consistent with our Terms of Service, purchase of any Paid Service — including any paid application, premium subscription tier, or bundled feature — does not guarantee passage of any board examination, in-training examination, recertification requirement, or other assessment. Your cancellation and refund rights under these policies are independent of, and not conditioned upon, any educational outcome you experience.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time, including as we introduce new Paid Services, tiers, or renewal structures. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required by applicable law, communicated to affected subscribers by email in advance of taking effect.
